This pretty much sums up Kotter. Granted we weren't the best of friends, but every time we rode together at Vans or Phoenix Park or Chandler, it was always a great time. He was one of those guys that you were always like, why didn't we hang out more, when you finished riding the park and said goodbye. Whenever he showed up everyone instantly flocked to him and gave their high fives and "how ya been's!" I'll really miss not being able to do that. Kotter was a great guy and will truly be missed.
