Free Flow tour is coming through this sunday at the ogio compound. Practice starts at 9:00 am and the contest starts at 11:00 am. It's the only contest that we have all year so go hucking. I will probably be running around snapping photos in between hucking x ups into the foam pit, so I will post them sometime next week.
